I'm 2 weeks shy of the 1 year anniversary since I've made a complete lifestyle change. Boy what a difference a year has made! Have I reached my goal yet? Well, no, not hardley. Am I 204 lbs. closer to it? YES!! I found a few pics for comparision as I continue on my journey. I will be participating in my very first 5k in 2 weeks and I'm so excited. There is no way anyone would have convinced me at this time last year that I would be where I am today! Each day brings new and wonderful things that I am able to do now! I so look forward to continuing my journey for health and happiness.

    WOW!! Awesome job!!

    Enjoy that 5K! Crossing the finish line is worth every second of training and hard work...believe me, I ran my first 5K April 9th.
