    very awesome!!! I cannot believe that you have lost 204lbs in 1 year!!! very few people have the dedication or ambition to lose weight period...you had a long journey in front of your face and kicked it in the butt!! CONGRATS on that and good luck on your 5K!

    I can not tell yuo enough how much this post means to me. You have done something that many people don't have the courage to attempt and you did it! When I saw your pictures I wanted to cry. You look like a completely different person and you look 20 years younger! Inspirational doesn't cover it! You are the dream. The dream that people who feel trapped in thier bodies can eventually be free from it and actually enjoy thier lives. You give hope, and sometimes thats all we need. Thank you.
