Starting weight for challenge: 161.4
Last week I was 6.8lbs lost, 3.2lbs to go.
Current weight: 154
Now I have 7.4lbs lost, 2.6 to go.
I have a feeling that these last few pounds are going to be very hard to lose!!!!
I've been working just as hard, if not harder, in the gym and I am doing super well with my diet... but the weight is simply coming off slower and slower. I think I have started to really build muscle also, because I've upped my weights used for strength training in the gym two times now and am runnnig farther and faster... My measurements are going down, just not my weight... So here's wishing me good luck and hard work to burn more fat... I'm gonna need it. Memorial day? I can do it. I sure better be able to do it!0 -

Down .6 lbs so I still have 7 lbs left. I've had a bad couple of days due to starting a new job and being sick yesterday. I'm hoping to get back on track today, so hopefully next week will be better.0
