 Today I have done all my exercise outside as the Gym is very warm right now.
 According to Google Distance calculator :-)
 Running 2.2 km
 Cycling 5.8 km
 (and I walked my dog this morning and in the evening)0

 Last night I did the last of my jogging (and bonus walking this morning) and late tonite/early into this morning my sis talked me into a bike riding 2 paths for a total of 5 miles/8km.

            Rain, rain, go away!
 My pre work ride got rained out this morning so I did Tabata Inferno from Supreme 90. It wore me out so much I'm not sure I can ride after work if it clears up. More rain in the forecast for tomorrow. I don't mind running in the rain, I actually enjoy it, but I don't cycle because of the necessary clean up afterwards, not to mention safety issues with bad drivers. There are three days left in my biathlon week and the rain has me concerned, but I only have 20k left so all I need is one clear hour when I am off work (and awake!) Hope things are going well for all the rest of you.0
