Ok for YEARS now my friends and I have been debating on which should be worn to workout in THONGS or GRANNY PANTIES!!!! What's your take on it?

I'm actually in the middle with bikini or low rise briefs. Can't wear the granny panties because they ride too high and stick out of my workout pants and I've spent the past 47 years of my life picking my underwear out of my a** why would I intentionally put it in there?!?!? Go commando if you don't want VPL's!0

Granny panties or nothing at all. I would not want a yeast infection! Yes ladies, that is one amazing way you can get a yeast infection, by wearing thongs and getting your workout on. Ew.0

I have had NO issues with bikinis so I'm sticking to them. I save my thongs for other occasions0

I like thongs because they don't leave lines under the tight workout pants however medically speaking, thongs are not the best option. It is best to use a cotton type panty that doesn't retain moisture but they don't have to be something a grannie would wear. This was an episode I saw on the doctor's0
