    165.8 this week. Stayed about the same, but that's really progress since this time last week I was dehydrated due to illness. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

    My only exercise routine is walking the dogs 2 or 3 times a week. :ohwell:

    Thanks for the mindset challenge. Being nice to myself is hard, but I'll try to cut myself some slack if only for this week.

    So far, so good. I'm continuing to lose. Back into the 180's & I can't wait to see the 170's. I'm not even sure if I was in the 180's last year at all.

    Today's weight 151.4...Slow & steady & slow...but I guess with my age and the way I've treated my metabolism by yoyo dieting for over 20 years, I should be grateful I'm losing a pound a week.

    I did really good for 3 weeks and lost 9lbs but then my birthday came and went and I gained back 5lbs... gotta work on loosing that again plus some!
