Weigh in today... 211 lbs. Down 3 from last week ) I'm thrilled, since having laparascopic surgery a week ago I haven't been able to exercise at all and my eating has been haphazard, altho I still don't have much appetite. I know that I will really have to disciplined to lose again next week.

Lost the TOM weight from last week, so I'm even to a couple of weeks ago. Tough week -- I've been cleaning instead of exercising to get ready for company tomorrow. The house looks great, but I'm back up 2% on bodyfat. I didn't realize that I could lose muscle that quickly!

Hooray...Hoorah!!! I'm down to 138.8 lbs! (2.8 lbs away from pre-baby weight) I'm still keeping the 140 for the week because I wasn't at 138.8 on Thursday but if all goes according to plan, I'll be less that 138 on our next weigh-in.
Keep up the great work everyone!! You are AMAZING!!!!!
FYI charts will be posted earlier than usual on Monday (stragglers be warned). I'm on Spring Break so I won't have to wait till I get off of work to get them posted.0 -
