    You look amazing and please don't feel like you need to explain about choosing 180 pounds as your goal weight. Everyone is so stuck on numbers- you're 5'10"!! If you look good and feel good (I'm sure you're feeling fabulous!) then it doesn't matter what the scale says because I bet you have gone down MANY sizes. People would probably gasp at my goal weight! I'm 5' and right now I weigh 172 pounds, in a size 12, and I want to get down to 150 pounds. I think I was 10 the last time I weighed that! You know what the most important thing is? I'm so much healthier- the shrinking is a great side-benefit! Maybe I'll change my mind when I get there, but I don't want to kill myself to maintain anything. So, keep up the good work and enjoy your successes!

    You look awesome! I'm trying to get down to 180 for one of my last goals. I come in a lot shorter than you at 5'4" but, for me being overweight almost my whole life, that's an awesome start for me.

    Its stories like yours that keep me going..you look great, im not tall like you but I weigh 212 now and i started at 220 and im only 5"4..its been a slow process but reading strories like yours, truley helps...maby soon i can do what you did and help some one like you did me...thanks you sherri
