    Wii Fit Plus: Free Step - 30 minutes - 151 calories burned.
    Also incorporated hand weights into this exercise, but did not measure the calories burned.

    I'm in. I am already doing the Wii Active sports 2 for exercise. I will add this on to my daily challenge. I think this this will put some fun into my exercise routine

    Hey guys is the challenge still going ?? If so, I'd like to join !! I'm new to all this and was actually wondering if Wii Fit exercise was thought to count as much as other things but it seems like a lot of you do it regularly, so it must count right ?? :)

    Does the free step have the instructions and music or do you just do it yourself ??

    freestep has no music....just a ticking noise or counting. I turn on free step then switch to tv viewing and watch whatever I want while doing it.

    I also bought the riser for the baance board on amazon for a good price (less than $10) and have a 5-6 inch rse on my board when I do it.

    Please count me in. It looks like the new challenges come out on Monday. That is when I will start. I have plans to redesign my fish pond and I think that will be all the exercise I can handle this weekend. But I will jump in on Monday.

    SCGMA: Congrats on the new grandchild. !!

    Rode recumbent bike today 30 mins. for 325 calories.

    Last night I did some Boxing and Hula Hoop with my
    daughter. Didn't track it this was later in the evening.

    Feel free to incorporate this into your regular workout routine in any way that suits you -- all in one go, a few minutes a day, anything goes! Also, it's up to YOU as far as whether you'd like to make this ONE HOUR each DAY or ONE HOUR for the entire WEEK, whatever suits you and keeps you motivated.

    The rythm boxing is my new addiction....started off with advance stepping (with the riser attachment) and I have advanced to expert on the boxing and now my shoulders hurt today! Love it!

    I'm in to join if I can! I had been doing really great, but the past few months I have been such a bum with everything. I stepped on the scale yesterday and saw that I was up 10lbs (but the scale must have just been shocking me, because at my weekly weigh in this morning I had gained 3 not 10!) **darn near had a heart attack!**

    I restarted my EASA2 game, but I can def. do an hour of Wii Fit everyday - my kids love to play it too (so the only challenge will be making it fair where I don't hog the Wii all night!)
