    WOW.... You were where I am now and look how I use to look when I was smaller wearing a size 14-16. Thanks for posting, I am looking forward to looking back at my before and after pics.... I am 281 and 5'10 and would like to get down to 180. It looks like we have the same body shape too... You look great!

    Wow you look great! What a great goal (to be healthy). I honestly think my 5'8 big boned frame would like sick at less than 170 so I totally understand the number issue. But everyone is built differently and just because one person looks good at 130 doesnt mean someone else will look good. As long as you are healthy thats what is the important part. You have the right attitude about it :)
