I usually change between two different standards. 1) 1/2 c old fashioned oats, 1 c almond breeze unsweetened vanilla, 1/2 water, 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, 1/2 t brown sugar splenda, 1/4 t vanilla, 1/2 t cinnamon. or 2) 1 egg microwaved with 1/3 c jimmy dean turkey sausage crumbles and added to a thomas bagel thin (110 cal) and fresh strawberries.0
