Day 2 running with audio book, I think I found something I enjoy. I'm listening to Gone Girl. That's just running straight, I think I will go back to working on the C25K, I felt like I got my miles in for the time.

"I'm trying something different, does anybody run listening to audio books? It didn't seem to make my run and workout to bad"
...I've downloaded podcasts for listening while I run: only problem is "wait, wait, don't tell me" makes me laugh so hard I lose my stride!
I had the same moment, but I was lifting at the time, I looked around wondering if someone thought I was crazy.0 -

Month is not going well so far. The cold and wet weather has hit with a vengeance. First run of the week since Sunday and my time on my regular route was up by a minute. Waterproof running jacket is now on order! Never thought this running malarkey would mean so much I'd actually seek our new gear!!!!
