20 lbs before Christmas

My goal is 120lbs. That's 25lbs lighter. I'll totally do a goal of 125lb.
I will meet my goal by doing Zumba, lifting, HIIT, cardio classes, and eating nutrient dense foods in my calorie range. Drinking plenty of water as well. These are all things I'm doing now, so it isn't much of a change. But I am going to start indoor training on cycling. I want to do a bikathon next year for MS.0 -

I'm definitely in. Maybe not 20 pounds by Christmas (good grief) but definitely a change. I haven't been exercising. Last week I started a plan so right now I'm mainly focused on getting my diet under control, and then next month it's ON!! Oh yeah...I'm 5'8 210 lbs0
