12.28 miles walked since October 1, 2014 over and above the exercises I've done at the gym. It will be interesting to see what it adds up all to at the end of the month.0 -

Im in although I am a few days late. I have been planning on starting back with my walking. I took the summer off because its just too dang hot in Florida. I did swim a lot though... Tomorrow I plan on doing at least 2 miles. I am gonna try to get a mile in tonight!0

I would have to look up my exact time.. but for the month, I am at 18.01. I have a challenge with my boyfriend this month to see who can get the most walking miles in. He is at 20.63.0

I walked 2.80 miles yesterday during my lunch hour. If it stops raining, I'll do that walk again today or walk it home after work. Also did a workout at the gym yesterday morning.0
