Should i also be weight training while doing focus t25 like 3 times a week or is that to much.

i am in week 2 of the beta cycle, and after week 2 of alpha, I decided to do weights following t25. this is because I was generally very fit before starting t25, and i wanted to maintain my lean muscle mass while doing the extra cardio from t25.
It's do-able. Im doing it, but I guess it just depends on what your goals are. My goal is to lose body fat, but at the same time maintaining my muscle mass.0 -
If you are going to add weights while doing t25 I would suggest only doing a few lifts each day, something that will keep your muscles working and getting the lifting benefits but without overtraining. The more compound the lift the better.0
