Hello All,
Have just made it back to dieting and exercise after 3+ months off. I have put on a lot of weight through sedentary behavior and apathy. I hurt too bad from a shoulder injury and just plain gave up. Back in the gym at least doing cardio every day and all over body circuit training 5 days a week. I'm enjoying the feel good rush of working out again. Just looking for support and to be supportive.
