I am 5ft 3in and CW is 139 lbs.
I wear a uk size 12 in most things aparts from jeans which are generally a uk 10.0 -

I've always been around 110 with pants/dresses 0-2, shirts XS-S, and 24"-25" waist, but have been gaining for the past 6 months. I need to lose so I can wear all of my clothes again!0 -

My goals were more weight oriented when I first started taking better care of myself, doing cardio. But now that i am lifting, my weight doesn't seem to shift much, but I am losing inches. My goals have now shifted to size, rather than weight. I don't care if I weight 200lbs if I can wear a size 8 comfortably!
