Right now, this is a huge reliefMy weight swings by 1-2 kilos sometimes. And I really do freak out!

I liken the weight swings to a baseball players average. If he hits .300 on average throughout his career, some months he may be at .250 and others at .350. However, it it goes back to average and just doing what he normally does.0 -
