Got a lot of work done yesterday. For some reason I skip workouts when I am being productive at work. No excuse. Just an observation.

Hi everyone-- I ranted and raved a little about the new forums. lol Also feeling a little nausea and migraine--- To keep my consistency-- I will have to lift weights tomorrow and Saturday. Glad I found the thread back. I don't like all the white. I guess it will just take some time to get used to.

Welcome back Elliljapan! Yea --the update really moved things around. I lifted weights today -- biceps, triceps, abs, squats. My days are now 04- because I started the two day a week schedule beginning with the calendar week - Sunday. I don't really like the weight training but, I am convinced it will pay off if I keep with it. I do like that I'm not huffing and puffing like with cardio- lol

Dec 1st today and I thought to revive this thread. I hope more people will be active too.
I changed my goals a bit. I had my karate belt test (and passed! I'm a brown belt now *yay*) so I just want to stick to my current training plans which involve
- karate 3 x week, and
- running 3 x week
Also I put a separate goal on stretching, which I'd like to be doing on a daily basis.
And since I've been having trouble lately finishing my food logging, the 3rd goal is on actually closing my diary.
I hope it will work better this time.0
