I don't think I'd consider selling my home for less than $15,000,000. It's not worth that much, but I love it dearly.0

If I had a home maybe. I am apartment renting right now. I don't quite understand this posting.. My dog is worth a lot to me. I am lucky to have an apartment building where I can have him.0

Mine is worth more. But I don't get this post.0

I would not sell my house for $140,000, that would be silly when it is worth about $350,000.
I wouldn't sell my pet for any amount of money - because no amount of money is going to bring me more happiness than my dog does.
I guess hypothetically, if my child needed life saving medical treatment and I couldn't afford it without selling my dog for $140,000, I might sell my dog.
This is very hypothetical though as my dog is really worth nothing financially to anybody else and my children are not sick.0 -
Nope. Mine is worth more, but with all the work it's taking us, I might consider it.0

I have top of the line Andersen windows in mine and am in a gated community. No way, my home is worth thrice that at least.0

I would...I think that would actually be a good price for my home.0

That could buy a really nice house in West Texas.0 -
Uh... My house? In a heartbeat.0

My home is worth more than that. Hell no.0

The Money Pit is a pain in my @$$, but worth lots more than that; No.0

That wouldn't even pay off what I still owe on my mortgage. So, um, no.0

The same could be said of a lot of homes in the Mid West. $140K would buy a really nice home in a lot of places. It would also buy you a crappy place in a crappy location in a lot of urban locations though.0 -
Of course I would. I think it's assessed at $110 or 120k.0

(and I want to move anyway)0

I don't own a home yet. But I know my parents would never sell it for that little. Long Island homes are expensive as hell. I think it's worth ~800 grand if I'm remembering that correctly.0

In a heartbeat0

considering mine is worth much less.. maybe. But the sentimental value is worth more than 150k.
I wish I could actually just move it to a better neighborhood. I'm sure when it was built in 1937 this area was beautiful but it's a little scary now lol.0
