Heads up! Underwear pictures ahead. If you're in the office or uneasy about half-naked pictures, I suggesting scrolling down very quickly.
I'm 5'3" (164 cm). I've just started a strength training plan to build some muscle and definition. I'll add on to this progress pic in about 1 - 2 months.
You look amazing! I'm the same height as you and am around the same start weight too (79kg to be exact; down from 86kg last year but I stalled, regained some weight and need to get back on track now) so your photos are totally motivating me! May I ask what your workout regime was like?0 -

This is me now at 173. I am 5'3.5
This is me in April 2014 and I weighed 201 lbs. Still have 30 lbs to lose.

I am 5'4" and 25 years old. I still want to lose another 5-7lbs, but I feel good about how I look. I think what I really want is to build a bit more muscle then lose a little weight. My issue is that my body is flabby. I like the size that I am right now.
This is my heaviest at close to 130lbs:
Due to some changes in my life, I lost a good bit of that weight without trying and ended up here for a few years. This is when I first started MFP. The last time I had weighed myself before this picture, the scale said 196lbs:
Right now, I weigh around 140-145lbs. These are the most recent photos of me (don't mind the face, I was talking when the picture was taken):

Ladies, you all look amazing! I am 5'5 and this thread is such an inspiration0

SW: 246lbs (highest ever was around 270)
CW:169lbs
GW: 145
I'm 5'5
It's taken me almost 10 months to get this far, no restrictive diets just portion control and less junk. Mostly cardio, but now I'm focusing more on strength.
Great job everyone7 -
aww good job everyone!! This has to be my favorite thread!!! Only been on my health journey for almost 6 weeks and one week was a toughie where I almost fell way far off the wagon to the point my head was telling me to give up.... all I needed was some support from mfp and reading how I'm not the only one who has had a bad week and I just forced myself to start eating right again. On top of my bad week I still ended up losing .7lbs (don't know how) but man it was what I needed!! So thank you everyone for posting pics and being so damn positive!! I love you for it!

Not saying I'm the definition of "toned" (I don't usually use that word), but I noticed a difference with heavy weight lifting. I barely did any cardio.0 -

I find this interesting too! I am 5'6" and am 150 (down from 200) 10, maybe 15 lbs to go. I wear sz 14 jeans! Too big on me, right now. I can SQUEEZE into a 12 if I hold my fricking breath! In my case, I have broad shoulders and I carry my weight in my belly, which seems to be the last thing to want to go. I can wear a 12 dress but I don't think I have worn an 8 since I was in 7th grade! It's weird, isn't it? Oh and I am a 44D so that may account for part of it too.
Edited for sp because I can't, apparently!

I don't have a before-picture as, you can imagine, I wasn't too happy with having my picture taken.
I'm 29, 5'4" and currently 115 pounds. Picture taken 3 weeks ago on my 29th birthday. I've lost 33 lbs since March.
