I made these this morning, one frozen banana, one egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and a packet of instant plain oatmeal. Oh and a splast of hot water (to help thaw the banana). Very tasty!0 -

Okay I made it this morning. Did 2 bananas, 1.5 teaspoons of sugar, 5 egg whites, 1/2 teaspoon of extract, and half cup of oatmeal. Taste-wise it was good, but even with the oats, the texture wasn't my fave. Anyway I topped it with peanut butter and got full eating 3/4 of half of the mixture. My serving came out to 237 (before the PB) cals, if I would've eaten all of it, but like I said, I only ate 3/4 of it.
