Just did 160. Broke it up to sets of 20 reps:
3 sets of "level 1" starting feet in a "V" shape
3 sets of "level 1" starting feet in a upside down "V" shape
2 sets of "level 3"

with 2 5lb dumbbells and ankle weights on the stairs. Felt great!

Done! half done at level 1 and half at level 2. Thought it would be easy but boy can I feel it in my calfs!!0

Did it! 150, in three intervals of 50. Forgot to stretch in the beginning, but did some stretching and yoga when I finished. I feel great!!!0

i got 75 in today my calves are on fire...lol i did them on the porch steps holding 5 lb weights feet shoulder width apart...0
