    Honey, you ROCK! Thank you SO much for posting this. At 53 I can tell you, life does throw up plenty of obstacles. It's up to US to just shove those suckers out of the way and you are a champion at that.

    I have Chiari Malformation, too. 16mm herniation. I was diagnosed at 18 (I'm 35). No surgery yet, I just do my best to manage symptoms day to day. But I am 53 pounds down so far.

    You are awesome. What in inspiration.

    My daughter has a chiari malformation. She turns 6 years old today! So far, it hasn't caused her any problems. It's good to hear about a successful surgery; I fear that she will have to have it in the future.

    Love this! My wife has a brain tumor and had brain surgery... Kept pushing through though, did insanity during radiation and now t25 during chemo...
