    Nice long walk with the dog to test out the knee. Of course, I twisted an ankle in a pothole! Ice and rest, going to take the day off tomorrow.

    Any team able to take on a new member ??

    I would love to do this, might give me some extra incentive to keep running.
    I have to warn you I am new to this and wont be logging too many miles at first.

    Way to go guys! These miles are Saturday night through this morning since I haven't been able to log on. I am on my way to
    Chicago now and I will be doing tons more walking than usual!
