I'm so excited for what May will bring! :-) :-) :-) 12.5 total of inches lost all over my body.. MANNN! :):)

    Ha, well I PLANNED on walking 3 miles yesterday but we were hit with tornadoes.... so here are my revised miles

    Monday: 5.25 miles (treadmill and elliptical)
    Tuesday: 9 miles: 1 (treadmill), 4.5 (walking), 3.5 (spin)
    Wednesday: 0 miles

    14.25/20 miles for the week

    Thursday: PLANNED: 2 miles (elliptical)
    Friday: PLANNED: 1 mile (treadmill), 3 miles (spin)
    Saturday: 3 miles (running)

    23.25/20 miles for the week PLANNED! :)

    I'll do my measurements tonight- probably not much difference since i'm maintaining at this point. I also upped my calories from 1300 to 1400. :)

    Sorry I've been missing everyone. It's been a really, really rough month. I'm going to Vegas next week but hope to be more active on the forum. Glad everyone is doing so well!

    Hey guys, so things have NOT been going well and i'm reporting a pound weight gain this week... I'm not surprised though, but the past 2 days have been better and i'm finding that motivation again.
    I forgot to measure in the beginning! So here are my measurements as of now
    29th April measurements
    Neck- 12.5
    Arms (not flexed)- 12.6
    Calves- 15.4
    Waist- 27.8
    Pooch- 32.3
    Butt- 38.2
    Hips- 35.4
    Thighs- 22.8
    Chest- 33.5

    I'm really hoping to see some changes in the next month and i'm hoping to lose 5 lbs plus some inches, especially around my arms and thighs which i feel are so unproportionate to the rest of me! And hopefully 0 inches lost around my boobs! :D
    But i feel as if i have been slipping away, and one reason for that is that i haven't been setting myself goals or measuring my successes and slip ups regularly.
    So here's my goal from May-june: Log in EVERY DAY, even if you have a bad day
    Lose 5 pounds and some inches
    Keep working out consistently and use mfp to stay motivated

    Glad everyone is doing well. It's been a rough month, lost my grandpa and last week lost my grandma. But I'm going to get back in this. My measurements will be up soon. They might not be much different, but I'll still post them and right now it's time for me to get back in this......Turning on some HGTV "House Hunters" and getting on my elliptical.=)

    I figured I'd throw the bike in there because I don't know if I'll make the 15 without it based on what this week is looking like. :-)

    4.7 miles in today (elliptical) 10.3 to go! Plan to hit it hard tommorow and Saturday and get it in :)

    Haven't lost much weight yet so interested to see how my measurements will look.... Doing that tommorow ! :)

    After taking my measurements, I realize I am accomplishing my goal of toning!!! I feel that I need to accept that my ideal weight is between 127-129 and I can live with that because I feel great!! I am starting to really get some ab definition =) I've been weight lifting so I my increase in measurements may be from lifting. Overall, I am happy with the results thus far!

    Reporting a 2.2lb gain for the week. So very disappointed with myself. I did so well with Easter then it all went to heck. I'm having a 2nd TOM so that would explain the feeding frenzy for the last 2 days. So very sorry ladies:cry:

    Lost 1.2 pounds. I am happy with this loss. I have been extremely focused on food this week and haven't done as much exercise as I would like. Next week I am going to focus on exercise a little more along with trying to maintain the good eating that I have had.

    I lost a total of 12.5 inches! A lot of that sees to be in my Chest and my Thighs. I am not suprised about my thighs since for exercise I have mostly been running. I also just proved that the first place I lose is my chest. I am back in a B cup heading back to my A cup.

    This next month I am going to focus on adding my strength training. I have been so focused on being able to run that strength training was forgotten. Hopefully if I add a little more strength training in I can get that Body Fat % under 30%.

    Great job everyone! I have seen some of the weight losses posted this morning and it looks like the Flab 2 Fab ladies had an awesome week!

    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once again...I have a 1 pound gain :( It is the end of TOM but that's really not an excuse! I've already set a goal for myself to stop eating by 8:00 (I go to bed around 10) and I've done that successfully the last 2 nights. I've also stopped with the fruity candy addiction...pretty sure that was due to PMS. I've been doing well with my eating and logging but unfortunately I'm not eating enough is what it looks like...not hitting my 1200 net calories...SO...new goal for next week...1200-1300 net calories a day. I MUST see the scale go down SOON!!!!

    Scale is a little better. I don't have my measurements, but I'm sure I've not really lost anything. I haven't been exercising. I just can't get into it. I don't know what the hell's wrong with me. I have good intentions and then...nothing.
