    Amazing transformation. It is always great to see someone succeed from the point that you are starting, makes it feel real and achievable (with a lot of hard work and dedication).

    I started (again) at 44, 329lbs, I am down 33 as of this morning and very committed to following in your footsteps. Thanks for the story and the photos, inspirational indeed.
