    April is almost ending.
    I lost 6lb so far....hope to loose 2 more by the end of the month.

    SW for April 10 lb weight loss goal was 172 lbs. I gained one pound this week. Current weight = 168.02 on 23 Apr 2011.

    Mini Goal: 165 lbs Apr 23, 2011 - NOT! I weighed 168 lb instead!

    My goal is to weigh 140 something. I am focused on working out and conscious eating 7 days at a time.

    Ok so it was said to me that maybe everyone can be in for the May lose 10 lbs. We can do that. what was purposes was that we assign team captians. I guess we need volunteers for this. I can take users names A thru F. Let me know who else would like to be a team captain?

    I'm wondering if my scale has gone wacky, or maybe I'm building muscle. According to my scale, I've gained 4 lbs since Friday's weigh in. I have been doing the Insanity workout, so I'm thinking maybe I'm building muscle. No I haven't been 100% great at eating right, but have managed to stay under my calorie goals every day. Can some of you shed some light on this for me? I'm trying not to get discouraged, but it took me SO long to lose this weight and I don't know what's going on. Maybe I need to eat more? I'm also doing meal replacement shakes for breakfast and dinner, I thought that would help me with my weight loss. At this point I don't think I'm going to make the 10 lbs for April, but just want to STOP GAINING!!!

    The scale hasn't moved in the last 2 weeks, but I measured this morning and lost an inch off my waist- so I'll take it!!!!!!!!

    final weigh in for April is 265, My scale is stuck there:( I did lose the ten I needed to for the challenge:) Good luck to everyone in May!

    Weighed in at 229. Lost 1.2 lbs for the week and a total of 7.8lbs in April. Steady loss each week so I'm happy and will continue to lose till I reach my goal.

    good Friday morning Yeah it finally Friday. well today (if you weigh in on Friday's) is the official last weigh in day. I hope everyone turns in good numbers. I hope everyone has enjoyed this thread i have not been as active with you as I'd like to have been but as I said trying to keep up with all 300 plus people is a daunting task. I beleive that I have myself and tow other people wanting to captian a portion of the group. that is great Below are the Team Captians please Friend request them and send that person your weights for the month of May thank you two for helping need just one more person to take the last team.I woll post a new thread of May lose 10- lb challange so be on the look out for it.     Well I didn't lose 10lbs but I definately am on the right road!

    SW- 146lbs
    Week 1- 144lbs
    Week 2- 141lbs
    Week 3- 141lbs
    Week 4- 140lbs
    Total- 6lbs lost in the month of April, 1.5 inches off my waist, and down a pant size!!!!

    Starting weight for April was 307. I am down to 282 today. That is a 25lb weight loss in the month of April. I am so happy and thankful to everyone that helped and supported me. I hope that I can also be a inspiration to everyone. To those that didn't get the 10lbs. You are still doing good. Don't be discouraged and keep on fighting the good fight.

    Starting weight for group...233.7/ todays weight 223.8 total loss...9.9 lbs just .1 shy of the goal
    oh well, loss total of 21 lbs and 64 inches overall since starting MFP on March 21
