So it's been 1 year since I started my weight loss journey - I started at 203 pounds and a BMI of 32! I was really shocked to see how bad I looked in my graduation picture, even though I knew I was fat. I have lost the weight pretty slowly over the year, it's been frustrating for someone who is quite impatient! I am now 156 pounds with a BMI of 24, so I have gone from obese to healthy in 1 year.

I enjoy looking at everyone else's success pics, so I thought I'd do mine for everyone to see!!

This is me now, 1 year on, and 47 pounds lighter!! I am now 156 pounds and my initial goal of 147 is in sight! I never thought I'd be able to get to this weight and want to thank everyone on MFP who has supported me since I signed up in August 2010!
