what are some more I eat eggs, beans, and fish any other non meat protien ideas i only eat fish for meat

Its so hard to "eat" enough protein all the time. Do some research for what u may like and find a shake or bars that would suit you.0

hi, i see you dont want meat- at one point i got sick of it so i needed to figure out how to get more protein so i checked out what the vegan bodybuilders ate-google it they eat some interesting foods and recipes to meet their needs.0

kidney beans, quinoa if you don't mind the carbs. But, they have fiber too. How about Shrimp ?0
