I'm 650, I have never minded being big but now my body is starting to beg for mercy. I am now in a wheelchair and at 28 this is not how I want to live so I am man possessed when it comes to losing this weight. I started my diet 6 days ago at my little sister's wedding and have not exceeded 1,800 calories a day since...Tomorrow will be 1 week and although it has been easy so far, I'm sure I will need support in the days ahead.0
