thank you all so very much! i have been on a 1250 calorie diet. nothing serious. i still eat what i want but dont go over on fat, carbs, sugars, and (God willing) sodium....which is a killer for me so i drink as much water as i can. Umm, lets see...i got to the gym at least 5 days a week. i do cardio for at least a half hour a day and then lift maybe 3 or 4 times a week. i always try to lift before doing cardio since it helps with burning more fat as for the weight training i use free weights...20lbs. i think i started at 12 but if it doesnt leave you sore the next day you gotta up the poundage0
