    My November Goals
    To lose at least 3lbs. To achieve this I will:
    Track my food.
    Exercise 2x a week on the bike
    Get 10000 steps per day on my fitbit.

    My November goals:
    1. No - vember; no alcohol in November (we did it in September so kind of out of the habit now)
    2. Lose at least another 7 lbs then my weight will start with an 11 by continuing with low-carb eating ~(lost 21lb since September)
    3. Meditate 2 x a week
    4. Re -introduce my yoga session
    5. Get breathless at least once a day!
    6. Use 'MFP' on my i-pad to track my daily net carbs daily

    1. Not get a Holiday Sandwich at the Earl of Sandwich.
    2. Keep going with the C25K thing.

    To get to 175. If I haven't done it in the next three weeks, I will starve it off, lol. I must be 175 by the end of the month.

    -Exercise at least 5 times a week, including running 30+ minutes or doing a weight training session
    -Stay UNDER my calorie goal at least 5-6 days/week
    -Hopefully lose 2 lbs
    -Get my thesis written!

    I love reading these. So motivating! My goals for November:
    1. Lose 10 lbs
    2. Strength train at the gym 2x/week
    3. Average 10000 daily steps each week. (Using Jawbone Up to track.)
    4. Average 8 hours of nightly sleep each week.
    5. Allow myself to believe that this weight loss is really happening this time and that it will not "just come back anyway."
    6. A goal out of my control is to have people start noticing that I'm losing weight. I've lost 20 lbs and no one has said anything!

    I have changed my goals completely for the month. I have 8 lbs to lose and lately I have been so hungry that I feel my workouts have suffered and I have been depressed. I have lost almost 60 lbs and those last 10 are a pain. So my weekly weight loss goal is now .5 lbs instead of 1 lb. I am also not going to weigh myself until Dec. 1st and I am going to work harder on strength training. I think I need to focus more on how I FEEL and how I look naked than a number on a scale. I am just tired of constantly being hungry, and I don't want to give up on this through pure frustration.

    I don't really have any huge goals. Just the usual stuff, stay at or under calorie goal every day and exercise 4 days a week. I don't really set a weight loss goal, but it sure would be pretty awesome if I made it 130 by Thanksgiving week

    Go back to 1200 calories till Thanksgiving and try hard to log all foods everyday and control eating on the weekends !!! I need to refocus ~~

    Walk at least 5 miles a day.
    Get in the gym 5 times a week at least.
    Stop my darn binge eating issues I have been battling.
    Lose 3-4 Ibs if I can.

    I want to run about 300 miles and lose about 2 pounds. I don't need to hit those targets exactly as long as I am close.

    I also want to improve my lifting form. Not sure how to measure that. Perhaps I can record videos to be graded later.

    Ride Exercise bike at least 60 miles

    Well, I'm seeing my family who I haven't seen in years on Thanksgiving, so my goal is to lose 4 more lbs by that time!! I can't wait for them to see me!

    1) Lose 10lbs
    2) weight training 3X week and cardio 2X week
    3) I would LOVE to lose another 2" off my waist and a few more inches off my tummy.
