1.30 lb, Pork - Fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, raw
0.25 cup(s), Oil - Vegetable, canola
1.00 tsp(s), Spices - Salt, table
2.00 tbsp(s), Spices - Pepper, black
0.50 cup(s), Wheat flour - White, all-purpose, enriched, bleached
1.) Preheat oil in pan on stove to high heat.
2.) Mix flour, salt and pepper on a plate.
3.) Dip pork chops in mixture.
4.) Fry in oil for 4 minutes and 21 seconds. Turn heat off and transfer pork chops to serving plates(or if eating for one, then portion out as u wish). Enjoy!

This one came out pretty good. Pretty simple to make, but so good afterwards.0

4 minutes and 21 seconds? Interesting time to cook. Is this per side or total time?? One needs to be a bit careful when cooking pig parts......0

If u have an older stove, like me, then it wouldn't have been an issue on burning. I guess it might be a difference of older versus newer stove. U can adjust the pepper or salt to ur liking. a0
