Need some friends for getting back on track

So a little about me I lost 65 lbs in 6 months using this awesome app, but have since fallen off the wagon! And gained 15 lbs back in the past 6 months. Looking for some new friends and to get back on track!

I also would like to join. I am meeting with a nutritionist and conscience of what I eat but the weight is not coming off. I need some encouragement because I am starting to get disappointed and I don't want to quit like I have so many times in the past.0

You can add me. The problem may be how quickly you are trying to lose weight. The quicker you lose the weight, the more likely it will come back. One of the reasons being is that part of weight loss is developing solid, good habits. Most of weight loss knowledge comes from the journey getting there.0

ANYONE INTERESTED PLEASE ADD ME!!!! I desperately need some more friends to help with motivation. A little about me.....I have about 50-60 pounds to lose. I have a 4 month old and it is a challenge with the new baby. I just started back with zumba and also just started the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I have been back on the app a little over 3 weeks and so far 9 pounds lost but still have a ways to go. I have a hard time keeping up with community boards/threads but I do check the home screen for posts and updates about my friends everyday.0
