If you like raw bell peppers, try raw cucumbers, kohlrabi, and radishes.

    What does "healthy" mean?

Perky Jerky has become my go-to snack... though I doubt that fits into what the average MFPer considers healthy.

This week my snacks each day are a hard boiled egg, 1/4 cup of nuts (this week it's cashews), 1/4 cup of dried banana chips, and an apple with 1 serving of peanut butter. I have a snack about every 2 hours, outside of meals.

Smoked almonds 15g is about 97 kcal. Doesn't sound like much but gives a nice fuller feeling. Plus they have a slight bacon-y taste.
