Here are my stats. I wish there was a way to bookmark this thread so I won't lose it and forget about it. And I really hope that Thanksgiving won't mess me up. I was planning to have it here and just make a small meal. But, a relative invited us to her home and there will be so much food there. I really don't want it to derail me.

Hit the little star above the page count near the title of the thread and the thread will be bookmarked. Then hit the start next to your notifications to see your bookmarks.
Also one meal or even one day of unfettered eating won't derail you. Just pick up the day after like normal. Even if you eat 3,500 calories over maintenance (so somewhere around 6k calories total) that day that's just 1 lb. Trust me I've done this repeatedly, it can be done and recovered from if you choose to not let it derail you. It's just a little bump. You choose how big the bump is by what you choose to eat that day0 -
