Don't put your school grades above your mental health, you might be thankful for being able to go out without an anxiety attack *big sad laugh*.
Don't let the back surgery be an excuse to become lazy... you were able to jog 30 days after you had it!!
Careful with the food, your pants not fitting isn't you growing up!!!

You will never have as much testosterone as you do when your in your late teens... put it to work, and then don't let it go to waste. And stay in school.

Not to be so hard on myself about my image. I had terrible self esteem issues. If only I could go back and slap myself.

NEVER pay attention to medical people who say "It's going to be your normal....learn to live with it." Keep fighting until you find your diagnosis.

To DO more things and talk myself out of less things.

    To TRUST my instincts more.

To be more understanding of the men in my life...and remember they are growing and learning just as I was.

Follow your gut instincts. They've been right EVERY time. Don't give toxic people any power. You can do what makes YOU happy and you'll still be a good person. <3

(It's too bad we have to learn these lessons the hard way. It would be so much easier just to have it all pre-programmed in...But I guess challenges teach us gratitude, so it's all good.)
