I want to join and challenge myself to finish this year strong. I currently weight 179lb and would like to be at 170lb by the end of the year.
I have fallen off for a few weeks now eating bad and working out less so I'm excited to get back on tack and get focus on dropping weight.0 -
Count me in! I want to achieve my goal for my son's wedding in Feb 2015. I want to get my best fit for my gown by Jan 2015. I can do this!0

I'm in! I'm 219 and would love to be under 200 by 2015, as well. And I think I'll make that my goal. 199 to party like it's 1999
Edited to add: I'll be happy with a five pound loss, but what the heck...Lets see what I can do!

I guess I will challenge myself to lose 25 lbs by 01/01/2015.
My starting weight is 243.2 lbs.
My ultimate challenge to myself for these eight weeks will be to lose.... 30 lbs. The numbers may change once the fumes have cleared... but count me in.

I don't go by weight but right now I'm between a size 8 and 10 so I'm aiming for a size 6.. I'm on a total diet overhaul and exercising now 2 hours a day to do it.. guessing my starting weight is 130..0

i may be a little late in this, but today (14/11/14) i would like to go from 178 to appx 170lbs so that is 8lbs in 6 and a half weeks? I hope i can (but even a few lbs would be better than nothing)0

A month ago I was 227. Today I'm 211.5. running at least 3 days a week ( occasionally 4) an doing T25 five times a week has really helped after I finally got my calorie intake back under control! Looking to be under 210 by the end of the month and if I'm lucky, about 200 by New Year's day.0

I'm already part of the "20lb by Christmas" crew, although my personal goal is 15lb by then as I'm only about 12lbish away from a healthy weight so loss is a bit slower at max 1-1.5lb/week rather than the 2 I was losing at the start.
That said, I'm down 7 this month (having not lost for ages at the start of the challenge. Presumably water weight) so it's going fairly rapidly at the moment
So.
I'm here for 20lb by New Year! 13lb in 7 weeks MIGHT just be do-able. It's 1.8 a week so who knows?
If I can't quite manage that, I'd be happy to be back at healthy BMI (147lb - another 11lb down)

major set back in my challenge results I was sick in bed could hardly move for almost teo weeks but today im back at work and the gym! weight 297.8 with shoes etc. lets try this again.0

I am a little late but I am 191 right now and would like to see 185 on January 1st! Thats only 6lbs but its only a little over a month & with all the food floating around its going to be hard!0
