94 lbs lost - at 140 lbs. - Easter 2014
I am 5'4" and 57 years old. Working on the last 6 pounds but only because I wanted to lose 100 lbs when I started. I'm very happy with my size and the new clothes I can wear, as well as my energy level. It's been a great journey!
You look fantastic! Love the outfit too0 -

I hit the heaviest I have ever been (280lb) last year, turned 30, had a major existential crisis, and completely changed my life. I started my journey January, 2014.

I am 5'5 My starting weight was 205 pounds. I now weigh 131.
I was so ready to give up on the 130s. This makes me want to keep going. Absolutely stunning.
Also, did you bulk and cut after you lost? Your body comp is great.3 -

Here's mine, copied from another thread... Approx 60lbs difference here, and down 8 sizes - started at size 18-20W and currently in size 10 jrs... I don't post my weight, because I feel that what I weigh does not matter - it's how I look that matters.
I've obtained success by eating whole foods and heavy lifting - following an 85% Primal lifestyle... I still have progress to be made, but getting there slowly. And enjoying life in the process.
My goal is to be healthy, fit and muscular when I get to my goal size - weight, when I get there, does not matter to me. After all, I can be a size 6 and weigh 150 lbs or 120 lbs, depending on how much muscle I am carrying.
