Okay guys... It's MAY!!! What are your goals? Where do you want to be a month from now? We saw a lot of losses in April... a couple gains, but this is a NEW month! We are starting fresh!!

Okay This is how I would like your weights/goals posted so it makes it easier to make a chart! Not to sound mean, but you will NOT be included in the chart if you tell me to get your details from your status. Commit, follow the format, and it will be a great month!

Above are the weekly weigh-in days, you do not have to post weekly goals :) Unless of course you want to! :) Weigh-ins will be Mondays this month.
New charts will be up by Wednesday morning... If I do not have your current weight by Tuesday night, your new weight will not be on the chart. Sorry! Good luck and look for our weekly challenges!!

First challenge of the month: Eat a min of 3-5 servings of fruits/and or Veggies a day! & Do 10 extra push-ups every day (they can be modified, or wall just do them! )

    It can be Sunday or Monday... I give a little window for people to get their weights in, otherwise there would be NO ONE left in the challenge some weeks. :P

    New members are welcome till we are around 50 people as I like to keep it on the smaller side, so we actually get to know each other a bit.

    ill weigh myself in the morning, but i am NOT expecting a great number :( i ate a big takeout and drank alot of coke last night that bloated me up so bad and i had some pizza earlier and countless hersheys kisses (parents brought a huge bag home from JFK airports duty free!!) i am drinking plenty water to ease any more problems. hoping for 215 tomorrow, but ill deal with what i get. i made it down to 211 during the week so i know i can drop back to that quickly if i make the effort!!

    im also going back to college on monday so when i go food shopping to stock up, i will get plenty of fruit and other healthy stuff to help with this challenge.

    I have lost focus and NEED THIS! I just updated my current weight after refusing to acknowledge the 5 lbs I have allowed back on. I completely wasted March and April, so I now need to focus and make the month of May fantastic!

    Two pounds a week. This should be easy but I have been struggling to consistently lose weight since I started my weight loss journey in January. I am hoping my posting this on a message board it will give me more motivation to succeed because I would hate to look like a failure to strangers! Any weight loss at this point is a good weight loss but it would be great to see the number under 260 for the first time in who knows how long!
