'm a bit late to this so probably won't have any weight loss on Saturday.

I have some health issues and have a hard time exercising because of the pain it causes in my joints so I am strictly staying under my calorie limit as best as I can and getting my exercise with house or yard work as best as I can.0 -

You're so close to your gw I wouldn't get too discouraged about a pound. For all you know you're carrying an extra pound of water weight.

You might want to recheck your numbers. Looks like you're trying to gain instead of lose0 -

Thanks for this - No I know I gained because I ate too much last week! I'm already set to lose 0.5lbs a week, but I've been off the rails for a few months and have gained 7lbs. Hoping for a bit of water weight loss over the next week! I've already dropped down a lb since Saturday.
I did NROLFW at the start of the year and will be restarting New Rules for Abs next week. Back at the gym this week. I'm a big supporter of weight training. I really just want to get my flat tummy and lovely arms back! I looked great at the start of the summer before I broke my wrist and tumbled into a summer of overeating and no exercise!0 -
Ah yes I fell into that trap a few years ago when I broke my ankle. I'm back on track. Considering my weight, I'll be happy with 180.0

This morning I feel I can't count on the number it was showing. I've been sick with the trots on Monday then again last night. I'm not a hundred percent sure which is actual weight loss vs partial dehydration. I drank 12 glasses of water yesterday so I feel I may not be too bad off but dropping 4.4 pounds in a week seems too fast to me.
This morning the scale read 286.2 but I am only counting the first two pounds. I went through my food and added up the calorie deficient and it only rounded out to just over 7500. Which indicates a 2.2 pound loss. I appear to be dropping a pound a day without trying. I'm eating around 1700 - 1800 cals a day so something doesn't seem right. If it continues I'll have to go see a doc about it. I should be dropping 2 pounds a week maximum.0 -
Falcon, great to see the weight loss! I'm absolutely sure a portion of that 4 lbs is actual weight loss. The human body can carry anywhere from 5-25 lbs of "waste" at any given time based on your diet and weight, so since you've been sick I'd venture to say that a bit of your loss might have come from that end. Either way, I think it's safe to say you're on the right track with loosing. Keep it up!0

I know two pounds are from weight loss. Because that's what the deficient added up to from last Thursday to last night.
I have a feeling the other two pounds is waste from the bouts on Monday and last night.
I'm going to see what the scale says by Monday before I make the 286.2 official.
They're having a coat sale at a local mall today only and the price is 99. I'm going to pick up the next size down because my current coat I suspect will be too big by the middle of winter. It's almost too big for me now. There's a lot of wiggle room
I already bought two pairs of jeans in the next size down last week. I'm slowly shrinking my stuff down as I converge to the next size trying not to spend too much as I go. But it is nice to fit in stuff again.
I have found in the past if I don't do this as I go. I'll get comfortable in the clothes and just stop. Not shrinking stuff has been an invitation to put it back on.
