A challenge is a general term referring to things that are imbued with a sense of difficulty and victory.
We are going for Victory!!!
Welocme back to everyone who has joined us from Aprils challenge and welcome to my friends who have joined for the first time
I am going to start a new challenge for thoose guys looking to acheive something in 1 month! The challenge will start on the 1st May and end on the 1st June.
So on the 1st and weekly there after I would like you to post:
Goal Weight for May 1st:
May 1st (starting weight):
May 8th:
May 15th:
May 22nd:
May 29th:
June 1st:
Then lets weigh in on the 8th May , 15th May , 22nd May , May 29th June 1st with our current weights. I think a goal of 2 pounds a weeks will be the most popular - but it can be anything u like. I would like to keep the discussion going thoughout the month to help encourage people that may be struggling and pat each other on the back when we have done well.
Come on guys we can do this!!!!!!

Oh I'm ready for this one Miss Pink =D My goal will be one pound a week most likely. 2 would be nice of course, but 1 a week is all I'm hoping for what with some new changes going on =D. I'll post my info's on the first! See you then ladies and gents!0

April has been a real yo-yo month weight-wise! Am 4lbs away from goal of 130. Have got down to 133 a couple of times so far this month, then WHAM! - I go & balls it all up!

I'm in again...I will weigh in on the 1st..I beat my goal on your April challenge..but I think I am going to have to try for a 1 or 1.5 pounds per week..its getting tougher to come off.

cant wait for this months to start - as you all know from last months i never quite reached my goal(i know i have a day left but i will not lose 2lbs in a day), so i need alot of motivation this month, as come the first week in june i will be going for my final dress fitting, and i will not be able to lose weight till august after that.
I am hoping to get down into the 10 stone range, so ill set my goal at 10 stone 12 (156). thus i need to lose 12 lbs this month :S (only lost 7 last month)0 -

I'm just getting prepped for this new challenge.... I dropped the ball in April's challenge, but in my defence I was on holiday in Orlando for 2 weeks in April....!

Not a HUGE goal but I seem to be losing 1lb per week or staying the same so I think it is a realistic goal plus I'll be out of the 130s then fingers crossed I can do it0 -
