    I really want to take part in this challenge, and it will be my first challenge :D But how much is 5 pounds in Kgs ? Almost 2.4 kg ?

    I gained 2 lbs in April. :blushing: I'm going to try harder this month. But I did see some shrinkage inch-wise. I think that's from 30 Day Shred. My tummy and thighs are getting smaller.

    Goal: 130 YAAAH!

    Worked so hard the month of April and finally got to 139.2 and then went to visit my daughter for a week and we ate out about every night and I gained 2 pounds. I hope those two pounds come off as fast as they came on. Weight is such a battle. UGGGGGGGG!!
    any way... time to buckle down and be serious again.

    BTW..Robin... good to see you back too.

    I LOVE this challenge, it's just what I need right now. I just finished the 30 day shred and lost inches but not a lot of weight, only 6 pounds. But I'm in for sure!

    I'm in. My "official" MFP weigh-in is Tuesday. But today I weigh 150 lbs.

    Goals this month are:
    Follow my "eating rules"
    Exercise every day - varying between Walking, Running and "The Bar Method".

  • Sundays are normally my more difficult days to track since It is the one day I do not work. I seem to thrive on schedule, so therefore Sundays will be my weigh in day to motivate me through the day. I weighed 142 today....and am worried, since last summer when I was quite diligent with working out I plateau at this exact weight. I will breath a sigh of relief when I hit the 30s!

    I am in my start weight is 111.4 as of May 1, 2011. I am going to keep it simple by wearing a pedometer and portion control. Let's all gave a great outcome and believe in yourself.
