Since today is the last day of the challenge, I decided to weigh myself one day early...
STATS:
May 1:187lbs
May 3: 185.2lbs
May 10: 183.2lbs
May 17 181.4lbs
May 24 179.8lbs
May 31 175.8lbs I lost 4 more pounds!!!
So total lost for this month is 11.2lbs
I have never felt so proud! Thank you everyone for supporting me! I am now only 35 lbs away from my goal weight!
Congratulations to everyone! I think that you all did great--even if some of you only maintained! Remember maintaining is ALWAYS better than gaining!!!

Well, I lost only two pounds this month, but I'm okay with that. There were quite a few days when I ate more than my calorie goal, and exercise has been spotty. As long as the scale keeps going down, I'm happy. That last pound brought me to a ten pound weight loss, so that makes me happy too.0

Officially only 1 pound lost this month even though I was all over the place. I think I gained and lost the same 2 pounds several times over the month. Anyway onto better things for next month.

I'm a little upset with myself. But I've joined a gym 2weeks ago and changed up my routine and I started lifting weights last week (3x a week from now on) so I'm sure it will take a little time to et the scale going the right way again. Keep up the good work everyone and see ya next month0 -

Well that was a little dissapointing, I have been watching what I eat very closely for the last three days, and I am up a lb. Maybe its because of some water retention. Thats it, and I am sticking to it. My total loss for May is 3lbs. I will take it but, June is going to be much more productive.

I made it with 7 pounds this month. I made it through the long weekend mostly by ensuring I drank my water. That is always my struggle on the weekends. Looking forward to June challenge.

Loss: 7.0 lbs. Loss was as high as 9 lbs at one point, but still pretty happy. I am close enough to my goal weight that I am only trying to lose fat for muscle over the next month. Good luck to those moving on to the June challenge!0
