178, now down to 169 - hoping to get one more pound before I go to my parents for Thanksgiving so I can say I'm 10 lbs down since they last saw me in June0

My highest weight was 208lbs and it's been a year and a half of hard work and I'm currently at 162lbs.
My goal is to be between 143-147 lbs.0 -
330lbs in May of this year.
I am currently 275 and continuing to work my way down.0 -
When I got pregnant with my first son I was 192 pounds at 5'3 and that was A LOT for me. The day I had him I was 222 pounds. I weighed 40 pounds more than my husband and felt like a whale. I will not go back to that.0

Lol, that was my approximate estimate of how much a sperm cell weighs. It might have been a bad joke.0 -

6ft 4inches at 260lbs with 35± body fat% was the highest stats I've had (due to a dirty bulk) that ended in 3/20130

245 at age 18. Lost most of it to the 170s then had my children gained more and more til my most recent this year was 250 with my pregnancy now 235ish.0

235 about 5-10 yrs ago. After a couple of years of "dieting," I'd lose a pound, stay there for weeks, lose 2 pounds, gain one back, lose 3, gain 2. Nothing consistent until I got here. Reached my goal in 2011 & have been reasonably static {+/- 3 pounds) since.0

my highest recorded weight is 225, but i'm positive that i was pushing 240 at my heaviest... i wasn't going to go near a scale.. lol. currently at 181, which is my -lowest- adult weight.0

145, I think. It might have been more, I never really weighed myself. Doesn't seem like much, but considering I was ~110 before that, gained it in about 6 months, and was only 16, the stretch marks did come forth.0

138.... which doesn't sound like a lot, but on my 5'2 frame and being a gymnast most of my life hovering around 124/126 lbs of mostly muscle... 12+ lbs is noticeable.
4 weeks in, I'm back down to 133 and starting to see hints of my six pack of friends again
TRX and MFP have been awesome for me...0 -
#200 lbs .....kept 20 lbs off for 5 years0

I was 500 pounds a few years ago. Lost a little bit, but was 404 when I started MFP in January of this year. I finally got below 300 a couple weeks ago. Then I just spent this past week in the hospital and in ICU. All the saline & glucose IVs made me blow up 14 pounds, so now I'm a little over 300 again. Very depressing, but nothing I could control. Also, I had over 300 days of logging in & lost my streak, so back to work!! So, am I the winner of top weight? What did I win, lol.
What?! You don't win that Cough that hospital stay up to water weight. You have done an incredible amount of work. Seriously. 500 pounds??? Adn you got below 300?! That is FABULOUS. Hold on to that. Give your body time to recover from the hospital stay. Don't focus too much on the scale. Just keep making good decisions. You are incredible, and you are worthy of a fanfare of cheers and hugs. Well done! Keep it up! You are AWESOME. That is not easy to do, but YOU DID IT!
Hugs,
