8 Weeks until New Year 2015 Challenge

A month ago I was 227. Today I'm 211.5. running at least 3 days a week ( occasionally 4) an doing T25 five times a week has really helped after I finally got my calorie intake back under control! Looking to be under 210 by the end of the month and if I'm lucky, about 200 by New Year's day.0

I'm already part of the "20lb by Christmas" crew, although my personal goal is 15lb by then as I'm only about 12lbish away from a healthy weight so loss is a bit slower at max 1-1.5lb/week rather than the 2 I was losing at the start.
That said, I'm down 7 this month (having not lost for ages at the start of the challenge. Presumably water weight) so it's going fairly rapidly at the moment
So.
I'm here for 20lb by New Year! 13lb in 7 weeks MIGHT just be do-able. It's 1.8 a week so who knows?
If I can't quite manage that, I'd be happy to be back at healthy BMI (147lb - another 11lb down)

major set back in my challenge results I was sick in bed could hardly move for almost teo weeks but today im back at work and the gym! weight 297.8 with shoes etc. lets try this again.0

I am a little late but I am 191 right now and would like to see 185 on January 1st! Thats only 6lbs but its only a little over a month & with all the food floating around its going to be hard!0

193; looking to be 185 by Jan. 1 = 1 pound a week.
Doesn't seem much but I am not exercising due to recovering from a broken ankle and not being allowed to do any impact per doc orders. So my loss will be solely dietary.
Oops realized there is less than 6 weeks left...I'm sticking w/ 1 pound

Okay, so I'm a little late for the challenge, but would still like to join! Maybe I could lose 8 to 10 lbs by New Years?! It's great to get a head start before the New Year kicks in.0

9.75lb to go. Hoping to see a 'whoosh' soon as I'm still only barely losing after upping my exercise (went from 1.5lb/week to about .5lb/week). If that happens and I'm at 152-153 by next weekend - where I would have been had it not slowed - I'll be a happy bun.
If it doesn't and I continue to stall I'll be lucky to hit 1500 -
I hope you see a "whoosh" soon too! I may need one as well. Last week was away from home and it was hard to maintain balance. It is time to regain the momentum I had prior to being out of town.
