everyone is doing awesome so far. Good luck in the upcoming week and don't over do it at Thanksgiving but don't beat yourselves up either if you do over do it
Canadian thanksgiving was last month, I had consumed 2 pounds of food. But I worked it off pretty quickly. Keep everything in moderation and everyone here will do fine0 -

I am a bit sad because I have gained 6 pound even through I don't feel like I have gain anything I through I had lost weight. But any way we can do it even if you have a set back then just try some more we can do it.

But with Thanksgiving approaching and having to go out of town for five days to see relatives, I expect some wait fluctuation so I'll be ecstatic on 11/30 if I'm 210. then I'll have a few solid weeks to get to 205 before Christmas! My overall goal is 190 so gotta keep plugging away but if I hope to reach that by March.0 -
