    everyone is doing awesome so far. Good luck in the upcoming week and don't over do it at Thanksgiving but don't beat yourselves up either if you do over do it :)

    Canadian thanksgiving was last month, I had consumed 2 pounds of food. But I worked it off pretty quickly. Keep everything in moderation and everyone here will do fine :)

    I'm realy hoping I can hit my 210 goal next Saturday. Just 1.5 pounds to go! But with Thanksgiving approaching and having to go out of town for five days to see relatives, I expect some wait fluctuation so I'll be ecstatic on 11/30 if I'm 210. then I'll have a few solid weeks to get to 205 before Christmas! My overall goal is 190 so gotta keep plugging away but if I hope to reach that by March.
