    Wow you look amazing..... I just singed up this week but have been dieting for 2 1/2 weeks..... No pounds lost yet :-(
    I am losing inches fast though..... Not sure why no weight.... But 4" off waist & 2" off hips??
    You look fantastic....... Keep up the good work.....

    I know this is really hard to switch in your mind....but weight doesnt matter only those inches do. Dont let the scale discourage you ever.

    You look wonderful!! Great job!!! Yes, I agree- it starts coming off slower the closer you get to goal...I've been at around .5 to 1 a week since February, but I keep on swimming. And if you haven't measured yourself yet, DO IT!!!! Write it all down and every now and then when the scale isn't showing what you hope for you can measure and see the difference there. So happy I measured this time around...especially last night to see how many inches I have lost when the scale has been my worst enemy. Congrats on the weight loss sexy mama. :happy:

    I was nursing in the beginning but I'm not now. She is now 9 months. ... I'm sure how the calories work on that part- sorry I couldnt help . xo!
